Ryan is experienced in a range of practice areas, including commercial, property, litigation and estate planning.

With a broad range of technical skills and commercial acumen, Ryan is well placed to advise corporate and private clients on establishing, structuring, purchasing and selling businesses. His commercial expertise enables him to assist clients with complex mergers and acquisitions whilst identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. He was admitted to legal practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2021.
