Ann-Maree is experienced in a range of commercial, intellectual property, taxation and superannuation matters.

Her broad range of commercial skills coupled with specialist taxation knowledge enables her to provide commercial advice, whilst ensuring that any resulting income tax implications are duly considered.

Ann-Maree has extensive experience in the not for profit sector both with establishing appropriate legal entity structures, obtaining registration of charitable status and seeking endorsements and concessions from the Australian Taxation Office.

Ann-Maree holds a Juris Doctor, Master of Taxation and Bachelor of Business (Accounting). She is a fellow member of the Taxation Institute of Australia and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2007. She is also admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia.
